Horry County Disabilities & Special Needs 250 Victory Lane, ConwayHorry County Disabilities and Special Needs' Administrative Offices and Day Program will be closed on Friday, March 29th through Monday, April 1st in observance of the Easter Holidays. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
