Ability Beyond Barriers’ Board of Directors (formerly Horry County Disabilities and Special Needs) will have its regular monthly meeting on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 5:00 pm. The meeting will be conducted at the Conway Adult Development Center and Administrative Offices located at 250 Victory Lane in Conway, South Carolina.
